📄 Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for most items.

  • For items with manufacturing defects, you are protected under the UAE's 2026 Civil Transactions Law, which allows for claims within a specific statutory period if the product fails to perform as described.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) included in the box must be returned.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified (e.g., dash cams or TPMS systems already fitted to a car).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Items sold as part of a "Final Sale" or clearance promotion.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.).

  • Timeline: Refund processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
