For items with manufacturing defects, you are protected under the UAE's 2026 Civil Transactions Law, which allows for claims within a specific statutory period if the product fails to perform as described.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) included in the box must be returned.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, used, or modified (e.g., dash cams or TPMS systems already fitted to a car).

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Items sold as part of a "Final Sale" or clearance promotion.
4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.).

Timeline: Refund processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs

Customer Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
